Success stories

Real examples of how SSIPF supports market access, product development, commercial growth, and supply chain transformation.

SO4 – Lake Way project

Challenge

SO4, an Australian renewable fertilizer and mining company, needed to strengthen its market positioning and expand commercial access for premium ecological Sulphate of Potash (SOP) from its Lake Way project in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The company had already demonstrated product quality and operational progress, and the challenge was to translate that technical achievement into a stronger market position.

Solution

SSIPF supported SO4 with a growth and innovation strategy focused on market analysis, network assessment, pricing strategy, and product positioning. The work included identifying high-potential opportunities, optimizing commercial channels, and helping define a clearer route to market. SSIPF also worked with Cesmar Soluciones S.L. to support the Ecocert certification process for SO4’s Potassium Sulphate range, opening access to ecological and organic farming segments.

Result

The project helped reinforce SO4’s competitive positioning, improve access to target markets, and align the product with high-value opportunities in ecological and organic agriculture.

Innovaciones Agricolas Europeas (IAE) – Verdant

IAE, a leading agri-biological company, wanted to build a more integrated commercial and product strategy across Biostimulants, BioProtection, and BioInsecticides. The objective was not only to improve sales and product development, but also to create a stronger business model capable of scaling into new markets.

Solution

SSIPF designed and implemented an integrated marketing, sales, and product development strategy. This included guiding internal and external product development, aligning research and development pipelines with market demand, co-developing product innovations, and applying detailed market analysis and client segmentation to support commercial decisions. As part of this process, the Verdant brand was created to support a more structured market approach.

Result

The company was better positioned as a fully integrated agri-biological solutions provider, with a stronger market focus, clearer commercial direction, and a brand platform built for expansion.
